Use of Knowledge, Tools and Expertise on Assignments

We work across a large number of areas of consulting and coaching and bring specialised tools and resources to bear as appropriate. The INTERACTIVE diagram below shows the wide range of areas in which expertise know-how and skills can be used and where we would draw our Knowledge base to offer tools and information that facilitate and quicken the work to be done.

At Quilibra we utilise our knoweldge of a range of expertise and tools when working with clients, tailoring our work to your needs. This might be through facilitation, a variety of psychometric assessments or specialised programme design.

Use of Psychometric and Assessment Tools

Individual leaders and teams are only effective when they can fully acknowledge their numerous realities and attend wholeheartedly to the varying purposes and needs they (individually and collectively) hold. To do this they have to be able to:

  • deepen their self awareness and widen their perspectives;
  • stay connected and engaged with each other;
  • share insights, values, and commitments; and
  • learn and change together

We use a variety of well tried, tested and effective developmental and learning tools to inform and enable the people we work with to develop their self awareness and their capabilities. In addition to designing and tailoring specific tools (like 360 and feedback questionnaires) we use a number of well known proprietary tools. The list below show some of the tools we use or make reference to:

The Importance of Design and Facilitation - To Create The Space and Time to Reflect, Engage and Think (Together)

We believe that effective work, by individuals, teams and organisations is created and sustained through the way people individually and collectively create the space and time truly to engage with their realities, face their shared issues and work relationally and effectively to acknowledge and meet shared needs and challenges.

Individuals and teams therefore need to be supported and encouraged:

  • to be skilled and resourceful at inquiring into their practice and situations
  • to design processes and places that encourage inquiry, collaboration and dialogue
  • to adopt work activities and routines that facilitate creativity, engagement and action.

Our inquiry, design and facilitation approach uses knowledge and expert based consulting as well as inquiry, process and developmental methodologies to help clients develop the skills and resources needed to design effective collaboration within and across teams.

We design small and large group interventions that enable clients to have more effective work conversations and collaboration in order to address a wide range of issues of critical importance to them.
