Team and Associates

We are coaches, consultants, researchers and mentors who work together in teams, partnerships and as associates to help our clients to address new questions and difficult problems in uncertain circumstances.

In our own lives and practice we explore how we can live and work well and stay connected with each other when faced with dynamic and challenging realities. We support each other to focus on what matters, break new ground, align with and live our values and find ways of aligning our lived practice with our espoused intentions.

Our knowledge and views are informed by the wide experience we have gained from many years, relationships and places.

In our work with clients we are committed to engaging through co-tailored interventions that meet our shared interests and needs.

Specifically, we engage to:

  • develop, establish and sustain self-aware, skilled and adaptive performance
  • integrate expert and process consulting approaches
  • most effectively draw on and offer tested and effective coaching and learning practices
  • use our professional and technical skills and knowledge, behavioural understanding and group facilitation experience appropriately

Our network of coaches and consultants are connected professionally through the assignment work we do and personally through our learning and developmental relationships. We work regularly and closely together in pairs, trios and alongside partner teams and organisations - as our clients' requirements dictate.
